Beko dishwasher
This was a replacement for 10yrs old dishwasher of another make
I have used it several times got good results at all times on both the 70c and 50c washes
also Beko have waited to give time for use of the product before asking for a review not like a lot of companies who ask for a review almost before the product has arrived

Good freezer, no defrosting needed and runs quietly.
The only downside is the plastic drawer flap at the top of the freezer, it feels a bit flimsy and I don't think it will be sturdy enough for long term use.

Good capacity machine with run times of about 2+ hours & plenty of options on the cycles, temperature choices & spin speeds. Is a bit more noisy than I expected as the description said it was quieter than most others.
This is my second BEKO machine. The previous one lasted over 20 years so I'm hoping this will do the same

My Beko fridge has been reliable so had no qualms about buying this frost-free under counter freezer. However.... the 1* is for it being frost-free!
Storage is much inferior to previous despite being 5cm wider and dispensing with draws to optimise space:
1) Need to leave space in front of fan
2) Floor is shaped for drainage - but it's frost-free!!!
3) lower shelf isn't flush with internal body curve meaning boxes (ready meals etc.) don't stack nicely
4) Fan is a bit noisy and seems to run for ages once cut in, even if door hasn't been open for a long time.

I am extremely disappointed with the BUSH TD3CNBW tumble dryer (3k/g cap) which we bought recently.
It takes twice as long to dry a medium size load on max temperature as our previous dryer (HOTPOINT 3k/g cap).
The comment on page 20 of your instruction manual about cancelling the programme & leaving clothes 5 mins before handling is a joke, you can touch the drum with your bare hands immediately the door is opened.
Furthermore the filter at the back of the drum is almost impossible to remove & equally difficult to refit.
I will not be recommending this dryer to friends & relations & I will be very reluctant to buy any BEKO products in future as this purchase seems to have been a complete waste of my money.

The washing programs are to long.The machine dosnt tell you what temperature you are washing at, or how long you have left. Eco wash two and a half hours ten minutes! Cotton wash two and a half hours! Wish I had not bought it.Never had a washing machine that takes so long. Disappointed customer.

Great customer service from your team. Could not have been more helpful. Delivery bang on time, the delivery team were great. The washing machine is our third BEKO product and we are delighted with it. Thank you for your assistance.

On the overall I am
Very very happy with beko in comparison to all the other expensive brands. The oven is massive for full family. With regards to the hob again it’s excellent, beko was the only hob I can get four pots/pans on together so it’s veg functional the only problem is the ignition don’t catch in the first instance you have to hold and press down for few times until it ignites the gas. Overall it’s very well designed and functional

Washing machine was wasy to order but took 1 month to be delivered however tht was durng postal strikes etc,communication was excellent
Un packaging instructions could be better,ie make it clearer how to remove stbaliser strips etc.
Not as quiet as it claims,not many wash options ie 1 quick was,the rest take over 1.5 hours.
Washes well.

Wasn’t the machine I went into store for but was the only one I could take home right away, so pleased it was
This machine is so quiet I have to check I have it switched on. The drum is large enough for a king size duvet , something I never could wash myself before .
Good range if programmes and variable spin speeds.

I bought this device for energy efficiency, it takes 2 hours to dry a half load of washing. It’s also a heat pump which is set up for the water to drain at the back of the machine where the water wastage goes from the washing machine, it doesn’t really work properly, I still have to empty the water from the drawer.

I'd moved house and decided to renew my fridge/freezer. Having had the previous Beko one for almost 20 years without having any problems it wasn't hard to decide which make to go with.
I purchased the Harvest fresh one which is slimmer than the previous one and looks great in my new kitchen.
Fingers crossed I have the same satisfaction with this one.

Washing machine leaked and flooded my new kitchen, customer service were rude and unhelpful and blamed me, engineer said it’s a common fault and can’t be fixed. Never heard back from them after second complaint. Will never buy Beko again and will make sure everyone I know also doesn’t.

The Company itself are professional, efficient and Customer Friendly. However we had a great deal of "noise and movement" initially which we solved ourselves discovering that the installation team had left polystyrene packaging in the drum on initial test and had not aligned the appliance hence "dancing on the floor" - all is well now.

The tall fridge we bought was a straight exchange for the old broken fridge it fit perfectly in the unit
It’s bright inside clean lines and easy to clean very quite
Our only but is the door compartments don’t feel that strong and can see them breaking
Time will tell on longevity but happy at the moment ?
